
Reserving Your Photo Booth
Reserving your photo booth is easy. Click on "Check Availability" and follow the instructions. If you have found that your date is available, click on "Reserve My Photo Booth" and fill out your event details. Once Johnny receives your event details, he will email you a rental agreement and a link to place a $150.00 deposit. As soon as your deposit is received, it will bind your rental agreement and your reservation will be complete.
Any Remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to the event date.


How the Photo Booth Works
Johnny's Photo Booth is very easy to use. Just grab your props and enter the photo booth. Press "Start" on the touch screen and your session will begin. A voice from the booth will then start a countdown which will also be visible on the touchscreen. After the first photo is taken, you will have 10 seconds to get ready for the next photo.
You can change props or poses before the next photo is taken.
After your photo session is over, select your template theme then choose how many copies you would like to print. You then exit the booth, drop off your props, and pick up your photos.
Scan the QR code to receive a digital copy.
Johnny will be your attendant if anyone needs assistance or has questions.

Early Arrival
Johnny will arrive 2 hours prior to your guests arrival. If there are any issues that could slow down service such as traffic, weather, parking, unloading, or any issues the venue may have, the extra time will help in case that may arise. There is nothing more frustrating than watching and waiting for an entertainment vendor such as a photo booth or DJ to set up after the rental start time has already begun in front of your guests.
Johnny also brings back up equipment to every rental. Incase the unthinkable happens and equipment does breakdown, Johnny can switch out the piece as quickly as possible.
Johnny will need access to a working elevator if photo booth is to be set up on a floor other than ground level. Unfortunately, Johnny does not service outdoor events.

Required Area
For maximum entertainment, Johnny requires a 10ft wide X 10ft deep X 7ft high indoor corner area. This area location will help with crowd control and will limit 1 group of people for each session. Johnny recommends up to 10 people per group for the open air booth and only up to 6 people per group for the enclosed booth.
The outdoors of Florida are very unpredictable. Outdoor areas may cause equipment failure from rain, wind, heat, humidity, and any other outdoor weather conditions.

High Quality Equipment
Johnny uses the best equipment for his photo booth. Starting with a DSLR Canon camera. This digital camera can make everyones pics in the photo booth look like studio quality. Also a DNP sub-dye printer which can print copies within 1 minute after each photo session. Along with an HP laptop and software, you'll be so happy that you went with Johnny.


Backdrop or Digital Green Screen
Have a color sequin curtain backdrop to match the colors or theme of your event. Or you can chose Digital Green Screen Effect and you and your guests can chose which background or template you want without changing the curtain. Make your pictures fun & memorable, pick a theme, favorite movie, place or hobby!

As a Photo Booth owner, Johnny thinks it's very important to have a lot of FUN props for his clients and their guests to use in the photo booth. He will have props geared towards your event theme. When you rent Johnny's Photo Booth, your event will be so much more fun with the selection Johnny supplies!

Open or Enclosed Booth Options
Choose the Open Air or Enclosed Booth..
either way you will have extreme fun!
Johnny's tented booth can fit up to 6-8 adults while the open air booth will fit up to 10 ADULTS!
So you and your guests have the most fun possible, Johnny will require a
10ft wide x 10ft deep x 8ft high indoor corner area. Johnny does recommend going with the open booth for a wedding reception.


Enclosed photo booth is for adults taller than 4 feet. Children's parties will require the open booth style.



Unlimited Photos
You and your guests can have as many photos taken as you all would like. Need an extra couple of copies to send to family and friends? How about an extra few to place on your nightstand, fridge, or at the office? Johnny always has plenty up photo paper for up to 200 guests. He also has a back up printer.

Johnny supplies enough paper for up to 200 guests. Any guest count over 200 would require additional paper at an additional cost.
Photos Texted to Phones
After your photo session is over, you and your guests will have an opportunity to type in your phone numbers on the touch screen to receive a digital copy of your photos on your smart phone. This is completely private and your phone will not be inundated with spam. Photos will be texted to phones within 24 hours depending on Wifi connection.
Private Online Photo Gallery

Social Media Sharing
You and your guests can view all the photos from the event
through an online gallery.*
These photos and gif's can also be shared on social media.
Johnny will supply a QR code which can be scanned by a smartphone. This is completely private and you and your guests will have the only access.
You will receive a link after the event to download your photo booth photos from your event.
*Gallery will be available for 30 days after event date. Wifi signal will be needed to upload photos to gallery. Johnny does supply wifi through 4G data connection. If 4G is not available, gallery will be uploaded within 24 hours from end time of rental..

Digital Copy
At the end of your rental, you will receive a USB drive with the photos taken during your event. These photos can be downloaded to your computer or any device that has a USB port.
In the event that the USB drive is not available, it will be mailed to your address of choice at no additional cost. In the meantime a link to view your photos will be available.

Gif's

A gif is basically a faster version of a slideshow of your photos on a digital 4x6 template. You and your guests will have a lot of fun with this feature.

Add-Ons

Slanted Acrylic Frames What a great party favor! These 2x6 frames can be placed at each guests seat. They each have a note to visit the photo booth so your guests will get to take a photo strip home in a nice little frame. Comes in a case of 100.

Photo Scrapbook Package Add a photo scrapbook to your rental. A fun keepsake for any special occasion & memories! Johnny will have 1 extra copy printed for the book and will help with placement with each session*. Your guests leave a copy with a personal note!
